Make the trip to Calgary to go to Misoan Gluten-Free Bakery! This is a must go! The cakes are so yummy. ^_^

I haven't tried their honey breads, but it is next on my list.

Here is their gluten-free/dairy-free Strawberry and Whipped Cream Sponge Cake! Yes, it is gluten-free! So pretty, and tasty. Perfect for a special occasion.

Don't they have the cutest cake boxes.

Had to share what the inside of this wonderful cake looks like. The slightly pink sponge is light and fluffy. Great balance of sweet with the sharpness of the strawberries.

Here is a slice! I couldn't stop at just one helping. The whipped cream is so yummy. The cake is not too sweet. The strawberries are refreshing. I will definitely buy again.

The cakes are pricey, but so worth it. I plan to try all they have to offer. Do check them out and let me know what you think?
