Butter Tarts are one of my favourite desserts, especially at Christmas time. My Mom would always make them at that time of year. I just love the buttery, runny, sweet taste of these tarts.

They are very easy to make. You just add the ingredients together and mix well. Add to your tart shells then bake and enjoy!
