I love Dunikerken's Gluten-free mixes! I've not found one that doesn't work, and the non-celiac's in the family are always impressed. So, this Halloween I thought I would give their cookie mix a go, and I wasn't disappointed. Just look at those fantastic spooky Halloween cookies in that photo above.

Here is what the box looks like. I got mine at Safeway. They were on sale which is a big plus in a celiac's world as gluten-free products can be pricey. I have found that Duinkerken products even when not on sale are quite reasonably priced.

I wanted to show you how they looked before they were decorated. I made some with chocolate chips added for those in the family that don't like icing. I really like their taste. The texture is great too. They are a crunchy and chewy cookie, and don't have that gritty texture some gluten-free cookies have.
