Love this spicy, sweet and hot sauce. It is easy to adjust to your tastes. If you like it hotter add more sriracha and if you want to avoid the heat don't add it at all. Remember when you taste test to wait abit as it takes a few minutes for the heat to hit!
Easy Bang Bang Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 4 Tablespoons sweet chili sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 Tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Taste and adjust.
- You can use other vinegars if you like. Rice vinegar is mild so equal amounts would be fine, but if you are using white vinegar start with 1 teaspoon and taste as white vinegar is strong.
- You can use this sauce on shrimp, seafood, chicken and cauliflower. Its even great with french fries!
