Mi-Del's gluten-free ginger snap cookies with a cup of tea and the package

I love the taste and convenience of Mi-Del gluten-free ginger snap cookies. They have just the right amount of ginger for me. Great size. Not too big. Wonderful crunchy cookie with a nice heat from the ginger.

I live in Alberta, Canada and I usually buy them at London Drugs. I have found that London Drugs is great for carrying a variety of gluten-free products that I have a difficult time finding elsewhere, and the prices are reasonable.

The company also has gluten-free arrowroot animal crackers and gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that are tasty. But, my favourite is the gluten-free ginger snaps. ^-^!

Another Mi-Del product I use often is their gluten-free graham pie crust. I buy it at Safeway and use it for my cheese cake recipe. I see on their website that they have a gluten-free chocolate pie crust. Has anyone seen it available in Alberta?

Above is a photo of the cookies close up so you can get a good look at them. Another plus for this company is that the bags are self close. They have a little zipper that you pull open on the packet and then it re-closes. So very convenient. Have you tried any of their products? For more information on the company and their gluten-free products check out the Mi-Del website.
