We had lunch at Impact Kitchen's Queens Quay location in Toronto, Canada. Great location. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the RBC WaterPark Place building. Lovely large and bright space. Everything is gluten-free which makes going out so much more relaxing.

I had to try their gluten-free Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Very tasty. I loved the spicy aioli and honey sauce. I would order again. The gluten-free bun wasn't dry and the chicken had just the right amount of spice and crunch. I always like to try chicken sandwiches or burgers as I really do miss my pre-celiac days when I could drop into a fast food place and grab a chicken burger. This gluten-free healthy version didn't disappoint.

Above is the menu board and the ordering area. Staff were ok. We just walked in off the street,and not being from Toronto were not aware that everything was gluten-free, and that their kitchen is gluten-free, so I went into my 'I'm a celiac what do you recommend routine', which I think put the staff off a little as they made me feel a bit like from another world "like duhh you can have anything here". But otherwise service was good. I would go back.

The non-celiac's in the family ordered the Power Bowls. I think they were the Everyday Bowls. Basically you build your own bowl which is nice. The one above had salmon and below is the flank steak.

I'm told they were delicious.
