I will most definitely buy this product again! The sauce is spicy, but not too hot and not too sweet, and there is plenty of it. I'd rate the spiciness a 3 out of 5 for me. Nice amount of carrots and mushrooms. Love the shirataki noodles - they have a great texture, nice chewy, and don't fall apart. Tiger Tiger's Shirataki Nooodles in Szechuan Sauce are a hit with me. They are now on my 'Gluten-free on the Go' travel list.
