The menu at Tre Vietnamese Kitchen is extensive and fully gluten-free, offering a wide variety of dishes that will leave you spoiled for choice. the non-celiac members of our group were equally impressed with the flavours and quality of the food. The menu has something for everyone, from appetizers to mains, and even dessert.

Front of Tre Vietnamese Kitchen menu

There are two sides and this is the front. So many dishes to choose from! I can't wait to come back and try out the Orange Chicken appetizer.

Back of Tre Vietnamese Kitchen menu

Here is the back of the menu. As you can see in the photo, they have a vegetarian section. I would love to come back and try the Rice Dishes and the Vietnamese Coffees.

Shrimp Salad Rolls

We started with the Shrimp Salad Rolls, a perfect balance of fresh shrimp, crisp vegetables, and a delightful peanut sauce that added a sweet and tangy touch. I wish I had taken a picture before we dug in! The dish comes with three salad rolls, but as you can see in the photo we already ate one!

grilled pork Banh Mi sub

Next, we shared a Pork Banh Mi Sub made with Care Bakery's gluten-free bread. I recognized the Care Bakery mark on the bottom of the roll. It was a dream come true to enjoy a banh mi again after so many years. The bread was slightly toasted, and the pork was marinated to perfetion - every bite was pure bliss.

Vermicelli with 4 gluten-free Spring Rolls bowl

For my main, I opted for the Vermicelli with Spring Rolls. This has always been one of my favourite Vietnamese dishes. The spring rolls were crispy and packed with a savoury filling that paired wonderfully with the vermicelli, vegetables, crushed peanuts and sauce. I love spring rolls, so I was in heaven.

We also tried the Signature Non-Spicy Deluxe Vermicelli Bowl, which was an explosion of flavours and textures - a true feast! You definitley need to be hungry for this one. it is a great choice if you'd like to try a little of everything.

Stir fried chicken and veggies with rice

Another main we sampled was the Stir-Fried Chicken with Vegetables with Rice. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, making it a healthy and satisfying choice.

Ending on a Sweet Note

Caramel Flan Dessert

Despite being full, we couldn't resist sharing the Camramel Flan for dessert. It was a delightful end to our meal, with the strong coffee that you could pour on the flan, balancing the sweet caramel and the chewy pearls adding an interesting texture. The pearls were yummy and not too sweet. This dessert is a must-try!
