I don't know about you, but one of the things I have struggled to find as a celiac were gluten-free wraps. I loved wraps in my pre-celiac days. I have tried a few gluten-free wraps, and have been disappointed as they break apart when rolled and are hard and tough. Then I found Grimm's Fine Foods gluten-free rice tortillas and my gluten-free wrap world changed!!

Have to say they are the best I have found so far. They are great as wraps. They are pretty pliable and fold with minimal tearing and they have a slight chewy texture like gluten wraps. Grimm's Fine Foods also has a variety of other gluten-free products such as weiners, ham, other meats, and fermented foods. I have never been disappointed with any of their gluten-free products. Check out their website at https://www.grimmsfinefoods.com/.

I put cream cheese, mayo, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, spinach, mozzarella and Maple Lodge Farms gluten-free chicken breast slices in this wrap. It was so good for lunch. I recently found Maple Lodge Farms and I'm so happy. The taste is great and the price is reasonable. I will be looking for other gluten-free products they have. You can check out their website at https://www.maplelodgefarms.com/products/.

The wraps are also great for quesadillas. I usually fold mine in half in the frying pan, but sometimes I just put one on top of the other for a larger quesadilla. I put some mozzarella and veggie chili in mine. Served with a side of salsa and lactose-free greek yogurt. I often use plain unsweetened greek yogurt in place of sour cream. It works really well. I feel it is healthier for me.

I found both products at Safeway. I have also seen them at Save-On-Foods. Have you found a gluten-free wrap you like? If so, please let me know! What do you like in your wraps?
